JoinRally (“we”, “us”) helps game developers find collaborators. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. By using joinrally.team you agree to it.
Your profile (name, bio, roles, skills, availability) and any project you post are visible to other visitors — that's the point of the directory. Your email address is never shown publicly.Messages are visible only to you and the person you're talking to.
We only use essential cookies. They are set by our authentication provider, Supabase, to keep you signed in and to protect your session — nothing more. We do not show ads, and we do not use advertising, tracking, or cross-site analytics cookies. Clearing these cookies simply signs you out.
Each of these processes data only to provide the service to us. We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not run advertising networks on the site.
All three providers above host and process data on servers in the United States. Wherever you use the site from — Australia, the EU, the UK, or elsewhere — your information is transferred to and stored in the US. By creating an account you consent to that transfer. For EU/UK users, these transfers rely on our providers' standard contractual clauses.
We keep your account, profile, projects, and messages for as long as your account is open. If you ask us to delete your account we remove your profile, uploaded files, and account record within 30 days. Messages you sent may remain visible to the person you sent them to, shown as from a deleted account. Backups and server logs roll off within 90 days. We keep the minimum needed for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons for as long as that reason applies.
JoinRally isn't intended for anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
We'll update this page when our practices change and revise the date above.
